FotoLac
Gloss or satin finish water-based lacquer specifically designed for vertical surfaces.
The specially selected raw materials provide excellent PHOTOCATALYTIC characteristics.
The PHOTOCATALYTIC properties of the formulation allow for the oxidation of pollutants and their subsequent transformation into harmless residual substances.
- “Cleaning” effect of pollutants by means of the decomposition of micro-organisms that dirty surfaces.
- Protects surfaces that are subjected to washing or scrubbing.
- Antibacterial and anti-mould action by means of photocatalytic oxidation-reduction.
- Internal wall surfaces
- Particularly suited to public places like hospitals or schools.
The surfaces to be treated must be solid and dry.
The surfaces must be free from saline efflorescence, flakiness and peeling.
Two coats of FotoLac should be applied with a brush or roller over a coat of FOTODECOR PRIMER.
- Estimated covering capacity (per coat) - 10/11 m2/Litre
- Over-coating - 8 – 12 hours
- Specific weight – Gloss - 1270 ±10 g/Litre Satinised -1240 ±10 g/l
- Packaging - in 4 or 14-litre drums.
- Colours - soft colours as per the colour chart
- Storage - Store in a warm place
- Application temperature – Between 5° and 35°C
- Drying time at 25°C - 20 – 30 minutes finger dry
Water-based gloss or satin finish acrylic lacquer containing photocatalytic substances including titanium dioxide (TiO2) with PPS (Proactive Photocatalytic System) technology, inert ultra-fine substances and specially prepared additives that meet the specifications of Ministerial Decree (Department of the Environment) dated 01.04.2004
